Local training is provided via ongoing seminars on selling, up-to-date product knowledge and prospecting skills, as well as time management.
You will work closely with a dedicated management team to establish a sound business plan that serves as a motivational tool and a step-by-step guide to establishing a successful career. Management is with you every step of the way acting as coach and mentor to help you access the marketing and operational support necessary to build your business.
Our Financial Professionals are also encouraged to pursue professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
If selected, you’ll enjoy competitive income potential and a generous compensation package that includes base pay or full commission option, plus potential bonus and financial planning fees. To qualify, you should have a strong business sense and a personal and professional history of success. You should be results-driven, possess unequivocal honesty and integrity skills and be motivated to helping others achieve financial security. Strong relationship-building skills and a Series 6 or 7 and 65 or 66 is preferred. If you do not possess one of the above mentioned series licenses, AXA will encourage and support you in obtaining them. A background in finance, economics, law, accounting, banking, brokerage or sales management will be particularly useful. An advanced degree and designation (MBA, JD, CFP, CPA, and ChFC) are a plus.
